Denver 2009 White Water Excursion Day!
One of the activities we do during our month long Instructor Trainer Seminars is the active rest day (we called them Excursion Days) because people felt we did not really rest so why not change the name. The Physical Fitness Basic Instructor Certification is an eighty (80) hour combined academic and hands-on training program. Physical Fitness Instructor Trainer Certification:
The Physical Fitness Instructor Trainer Certification is an eighty (80) hour combined academic and hands on training program. This program requires the Basic Instructor Certification as a prerequisite. In addition to the training topics covered in the basic program, this program includes the following topics:
· Human Performance training
· Sport speed development
· Understanding child and adult learning principles
· Instructor development concepts
· Principles of public speaking
· School Physical Education instruction: Kindergarten through high school
